Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in our transformation by rapidly prototyping Power BI solutions that meet the unique needs of our business users. You'll work hand-in-hand with data product owners across the company, understanding their challenges, translating their requirements into robust data models, and empowering them to make data-driven decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building strong, trusting relationships with business stakeholders and understanding their unique data needs
• Developing end-to-end Power BI solutions, from data modeling to visualization, in close collaboration with business users
• Validating data quality and aligning solutions with existing business rules and reports
• Enabling self-service analytics by training and empowering business users across the organization
• Identifying opportunities for advanced analytics and data science to drive innovation
• Celebrating milestones and communicating the value of the data transformation journey to build momentum and buy-in

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices
• Ability to rapidly prototype end-to-end solutions in Power BI
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with diverse business users
• Experience guiding users through significant changes and new ways of working with data
• Ability to empathize with coworkers, build trust, and manage expectations through the transformation process
• Passion for enabling others and driving organization-wide adoption of data-driven practices
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Economics, Statistics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
