Job Title: IT Asset Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Contract Type: Yearly Renewable

Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Asset Manager to manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets across the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate tracking, compliance, and optimization of both hardware and software assets, supporting efficient IT operations and cost control within a dynamic banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset inventory records for hardware, software, and licenses within CMDB systems
  • Track asset ownership, allocation, and utilization across the organization
  • Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and internal policies
  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of IT assets and CMDB data
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance teams for asset acquisition, budgeting, and cost optimization
  • Utilize ServiceNow (or similar platforms) to manage asset records, workflows, and reporting
  • Support ITSM processes including incident, change, and configuration management
  • Identify opportunities to optimize asset utilization and reduce operational costs
  • Generate regular reports on asset status, usage, and lifecycle metrics

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Operations, or a related field
  • Strong hands-on experience with CMDB systems and maintaining configuration data accuracy
  • Experience working with ServiceNow ITSM / ITAM modules
  • Solid understanding of IT asset lifecycle management and inventory control processes
  • Knowledge of software licensing models and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, ServiceNow) are a plus
