Project Manager - Telecom BSS

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large, complex telecom and digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management methodologies, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience with tools and frameworks that drive successful delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Telecom BSS and/or Digital Transformation projects.
• Strong project management expertise across Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery models.
• Solid experience in the telecom domain, particularly in BSS (Business Support Systems).
• Proven ability to manage large and complex delivery programs successfully.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
• Expertise in scope, risk, issue, and dependency management.
• Strong understanding of change management and change control processes.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Excel dashboards, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
• Experience working in multi-vendor and distributed delivery environments.
• Exposure to governance, audits, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master
• Preference for candidates residing in Riyadh with a transferable Iqama, enabling immediate or smooth onboarding.
