About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with strong expertise in Next.js and React to join our onsite team in Kathmandu. In this role, you will contribute to building scalable, high-performance, and SEO-optimized web applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Next.js-based applications with clean and scalable code.
• Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, high-quality, and reusable components.
• Implement SSR (Server-Side Rendering), SSG, and ISR strategies for performance optimization.
• Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs efficiently.
• Ensure performance optimization, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards.
• Implement state management solutions using Context API, hooks, and basic Redux (if required).
• Optimize applications using React Hooks and performance techniques.
• Manage server state using TanStack Query (React Query).
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with team members to improve code quality.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js and React.js.
• Good understanding of React architecture and state management concepts.
• Experience with React Hooks and performance optimization basics.
• Familiarity with TanStack Query (React Query).
• Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and modern UI frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Material UI).
• Experience with API integration (REST & GraphQL).
• Working knowledge of Git and agile development practices.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Basic understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, Express).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Understanding of web performance, Core Web Vitals, and SEO fundamentals.
