Salary - 15 K AED

About the Role -

looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Business Development

representative to lead our growth in the region. You'll be responsible for owning the entire sales cycle, building new client relationships, leveraging internal references and driving scalable revenue growth. A background in or strong understanding of finance/accounting will be a significant plus, given the nature of our offering.

Requirements:

 Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA required).

● 6 to 8 years of B2B sales/business development experience

● Proven experience in closing high-value deals and managing long sales cycles

● Strong understanding of financial workflows, accounting processes, or finance-led services

● Excellent communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills

● Highly self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a growth-stage company

Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience in IT solutions Sales,

 Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization.

 Strong network in the local market.
