We are seeking a full-time HR PP professional to join our team on-site in Kyiv City, Ukraine. This role involves overseeing and managing human resources functions, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel-related activities. The HR PP professional will ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices, promote a positive organizational culture, and act as a trusted advisor on HR matters.

• Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR), including experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies, with the ability to create and implement systems and processes that align with company goals.
• Experience managing Employee Benefits, ensuring accurate documentation and administration to promote employee satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Personnel Management, including workforce planning, conflict resolution, and effective communication strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; additional certification such as PHR or SHRM will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Ukraine is highly desirable.
