Business Analyst (Apps)

A globally recognised organisation operating across content, media and entertainment, with a large-scale technology environment supporting teams across multiple regions.

Their Applications team plays a key role in building, supporting and evolving core business systems used across the organisation.

This is a hybrid Business Analyst role sitting between technology and the business, combining requirements gathering, application support and systems improvement.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand processes, identify opportunities and deliver practical technology solutions - while also supporting and improving existing applications.

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map processes
• Support and manage core business applications (access, performance, issues)
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and business cases
• Work with global IT teams on system improvements and projects
• Support data management, reporting and system integrations
• Drive continuous improvement across systems and processes
  
  

• Experience as a Business Analyst within IT / applications environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience supporting or administering business applications
• Understanding of SQL / data / reporting environments
• Experience working in enterprise or complex environments

Nice to have:

• Salesforce or CRM system exposure
• BI / reporting tools (e.g. Looker, Domo, Business Objects)
• ETL / automation tools
• Project delivery or change management experience
