Job Description:


We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a high‑value, transformation program with full accountability for delivery outcomes, financial performance, and client satisfaction. The role demands strong commercial discipline, proactive risk ownership, and the ability to lead complex multi‑workstream engagements under contractual constraints.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Essential Technical Qualification:


  • Experience: Program Manager with 12+ years of delivery leadership experience, including leading large, complex, enterprise programs across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project Plan (MPP):
  • Ability to create, manage, and monitor detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with delivery timelines and milestones.
  • Estimation to Resource Planning:
  • Capable of converting effort estimations into resource loading, timeline views, and cost structures.
  • Cost Management – Controlling Project Spending
  • Cost Estimation: Predicting the total costs of all resources required — labour, materials, equipment, overhead, etc.
  • Cost Budgeting: Aggregating estimated costs into a project budget and allocating funds to tasks or phases.
  • Cost Monitoring & Control: Tracking actual spending against the budget, identifying variances, and taking corrective actions.
  • Cost Reporting: Communicating cost performance to stakeholders for decision-making.
  • Effective Communication:
  • Understands the importance of right and timely communication with stakeholders, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assertiveness in Stakeholder Management:
  • Demonstrates confidence and assertiveness while managing demanding or smart client stakeholders, balancing diplomacy with firmness to achieve program goals.
  • Techno-Functional Leadership:
  • Brings both technical understanding and functional knowledge, enabling meaningful contributions in diverse project meetings, workshops, and decision-making forums.


  • Risk Management:
  • Own the integrated program risk register, ensuring early identification, quantified impact analysis, and executes mitigation and contingency plans aligned with organization policies and program constraints.


  • People & Customer-Centric Mindset:
  • Maintains a strong attitude of collaboration, empathy, and service orientation, ensuring that team well-being and customer success remain top priorities.
  • Experience of Software Tools & Methodology:

Expertise on Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

SCRUM, Agile, PMP, or similar program management certification.


Pega knowledge is preferable (good to have)


Key Responsibilities:


  • Delivery of projects as per contract and aligning to the company strategy, planning and implementation rules and regulations
  • Closely working with Clients and Business leaders and maintain and improve program profit margins
  • Training and development support
  • Managing Employee Engagement at account level
  • Defining KRAs, score cards and measuring performance of the employees of the account
  • Act as change agents in building a diverse, fun-filled and energized work culture and lead by example in fairness, transparency and trustworthiness
  • Ensure 100% compliance with SLAs, security standards, code audits, and Pega guardrails (if applicable).
  • Track and improve key delivery metrics: defects, schedule variance, effort variance, and productivity.
  • Enforce strict scope governance and change control, ensuring all deviations are contractually assessed, approved, and monetized where applicable.
  • Drive customer satisfaction: on-time delivery, minimal escalations, and positive client feedback.
  • Achieve strong financial performance: revenue targets, cost management, and accurate reporting.
  • Lead account operations: forecasting, utilization, compliance, and reporting.
  • Engage in business development: Partner with Sales and Legal during deal structuring and assumptions validation.Support transition from presales to delivery, ensuring bid assumptions are operationally viable. Govern contractual milestones, acceptance criteria, and penalties
  • Champion people management: team engagement, mentoring, attrition control, and talent development.
  • Encourage innovation and upskilling, contributing at least one approved initiative.
  • Own program‑level P&L for fixed‑price engagements, including forecasting, margin protection, and corrective actions
  • Success in this role will be measured by margin realization, reduction of delivery risk exposure, minimal scope leakage, and sustained client confidence across program milestones
