Client Success Project Manager - Remote LATAM

💰 Salary: USD $900–$1,350/month (base + % of client payments).

🌎 This is a full-time, remote role for a Project Manager focused on Client Success and communication. Applicants currently residing in Argentina or nearby time zones are encouraged to apply.

At VORTEX.video, we challenge traditional norms of video editing and post-production for YouTube vlogs, long-form content, Shorts, Reels, and social media videos.

What are we searching for? (requirements)

• FLUENT ENGLISH! The interview will be held in English. Our previous successful candidates were often English teachers, translators, customer support reps, virtual assistants, and individuals who use their fluent English skills professionally.
• NO NEED to understand video production, YouTube production or video design. Have you ever scrolled through Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook? Then you'll do fine. Basically, you don’t need any industry-specific or project management experience to qualify for this role.
• SOFT SKILLS. Ability to think ahead, read between the lines and interpret client needs.
• Being able to add or subtract two-digit numbers without a calculator. :)
• A proficient computer user who is in love with their smartphone with high-speed internet. By the way, we'd be interested to know the speed at which files can “run” through the wires of your home internet.

What will you do?

• Make existing clients happy, so they chase us with money, begging for more of our services.
• NO client hunting; only existing clients; client-facing role.
• Respond to client messages quickly and efficiently; multitasking.
• Assign tasks to the video editing team (we use Asana, but clients also use Slack, Monday.com, ClickUp, etc.).
• Review videos for: errors, subtitles, visual glitches, common sense, flow.
• Protect the team from “challenging” clients with confusing/alienating task descriptions.
• Work 8 hours a day on a flexible schedule within your timezone from Monday to Friday (we rest on weekends). Work from home.

What this role is NOT:

❌ Not software development.

❌ Not IT project management.

❌ Not video editing.

❌ Not a customer support ticket handling.

What will your workday be like?

• The client gives you a task (NO NEED to look for clients);
• After understanding the details of the task and obtaining all the clarifications from the client, you assign a very clear task to the video editor or the head of video editors (called Team Lead).
• After receiving the video from the video editor, you send that masterpiece to the client and collect payment.
• Listen to the compliments of your spectacular work from clients, then brag about it with colleagues in chats.
• You will manage 30-50 regular clients.
• Pressing deadlines, time difference with North America, illnesses, vacations, laziness, inattention, hamster sniffles, or a pimple on the neck of your great-great-neighbour’s goat - none of these concerns our clients. They are certainly ready to sympathize with the difficulties of our lives, but they will only pay for a perfectly edited video that is delivered on time and within budget. :)

• Salary tied to $ (rate + % of your clients’ payments);
• 3 weeks of paid vacation per year and 10 annual public holidays with dates of your choosing;
