Project Manager

Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to support multiple initiatives across systems, operations, and product-related workflows. This role combines project management and operational support for the first months and transition into product management after.

You will help coordinate system implementations, manage ongoing issues, and ensure smooth communication between teams while maintaining day-to-day operational continuity.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate multiple projects (system implementations, migrations, process improvements)
• Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and external vendors
• Track progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies across projects
• Support system operations by helping prioritize, and route incoming issues
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure clear requirements and execution
• Document processes, workflows, and system knowledge
• Assist in transition projects (e.g. moving from one platform to another)
• Gradually take ownership of operational workflows as systems evolve

What we are looking for

• 3 years of experience in Project Management or similar roles
• Experience working with technical teams or systems (you do not need to code, but you should understand how systems interact)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
• Comfortable handling ambiguity and evolving responsibilities
• Experience with tools like Jira, Notion, or similar

Nice to have

• Experience in product or product operations
• Background in customer support, help desk, or system administration
• Experience working with CRM, POS, or operational platforms
• Exposure to system migrations or integrations
