Position Summary

The People Operations Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor and operational resource for leadership and employees. This role partners with business units to implement people ops solutions that drive organizational success. The People Operations Business Partner ensures that people ops practices are innovative, scalable, and compliant with local, state, and federal regulations. They will focus on employee relations, culture-building initiatives, and process optimization while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Job Duties/Functions

  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Act as a consultant to managers on team dynamics, employee performance, and organizational change.
  • Champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns, ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Promote company culture and values through proactive communication and programming.
  • Drive improvements in HR processes, systems, and policies to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Support the performance management process.
  • Analyze and interpret HR metrics to inform decision-making and highlight trends.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct investigations and manage employee relations cases as needed.
  • Identify skills gaps and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Coach managers on effective leadership and people management practices.

  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations and organizational development.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations.
