Our client has been developing the Match-IT software since 2016. The application streamlines important basic processes, provides a higher level of knowledge about the target group and operational realities, and relieves colleagues in the field of time-consuming administrative tasks. Match-IT supports basic processes for resident identification, accommodation center management, and social support. The ongoing challenge is to make existing processes even more flexible, user-friendly, and efficient, while continuing to focus on the administrative efficiency of the application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of the Match-IT software.
• Support basic processes for resident identification, accommodation center management, and social support.
• Help streamline and enhance administrative efficiency for field colleagues by reducing time-consuming tasks.
• Assist in initiatives that make processes more flexible, user-friendly, and efficient.
