Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of project delivery & acceptance processes within a fast-paced business env.
  • Monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time and meet or exceed expectations.
  • Communicate key project plans, commitments, and changes including QA plans, schedule or scope changes.
  • Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations.
  • Oversee the delivery plans and the deployment process.
  • Arrange and support the downtime process across all phases in tight cooperation with DevOps and Integration teams.
  • Plan and coordinate infrastructure setup to ensure seamless operations and maintenance of required systems and resources.
  • Communicate release details and schedules to the Business as required.
  • Continually work towards making improvements in the release process.
  • Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Generate various reports on Projects data according to company needs.


Proficiency requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office expert level knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence will be a plus.
  • Agile mindset.
  • 1-2 years of previous release and/or project management and/or QA experience (Solid understanding of project management principles preferred).
