The mission
As a Service Designer, you design and orchestrate end-to-end product and service experiences, from user research to solution validation.
You ensure that you offer consistent, intuitive experiences that are aligned with strategic objectives, while guaranteeing an overall quality of service.
Responsibilities
- Understand user needs and customer expectations through qualitative and quantitative research.
- Design and model user and service journeys (personas, journeys, service blueprints, etc.).
- Co-create solutions with customers, project teams and users (wireframes, prototypes, user tests).
- Produce the first wireframes to bridge the gap between the overall user experience strategy (user journey, service blueprint, etc.) and the concrete design of digital interfaces.
- Ensure consistency and quality of user experience across all touchpoints.
- Support the development teams and ensure compliance with UX and accessibility best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous evaluation of solutions through tests, indicators and analyses.
- Apply the information security rules in force.
