🔐 Junior Security Consultant – CyberOps & Incident Response

🚀 Your mission

Join a dynamic Cyber Operations (CyberOps) team where you will play a key role in protecting digital environments, handling security incidents, and strengthening cyber resilience.

You will be at the heart of security operations, working closely with SOC teams, IT support, and infrastructure specialists to ensure fast, structured, and high-quality incident response.

🛡️ What you will do

• 🚨 Handle and coordinate security incident response (1st, 2nd & 3rd line support)
• 🔍 Monitor and follow up on vulnerabilities & cyber risks
• 🧠 Work with SOC, CSIRT, IT service teams & suppliers
• 📊 Report on security incidents and operational risks
• ⚡ Escalate major cyber incidents and coordinate resolution
• 🔐 Support IT security approvals within operational processes
• 📘 Contribute to converting security policies into operational procedures
• 🤝 Improve collaboration between SOC, IT helpdesk & infrastructure teams
• 🛠️ Ensure quality execution of incident response processes

🧩 What we are looking for (must-have)

• 🟢 1+ year experience as SOC Analyst or Security Consultant
• 🟢 Experience with incident response & vulnerability management
• 🟢 Knowledge of Windows & Linux environments
• 🟢 Understanding of networks & EDR/XDR tools
• 🟢 Familiarity with Information Security frameworks (ISO 2700x)
• 🟢 Experience in security operations or IT security environments
• 🟢 Dutch level C2 🇳🇱 (mandatory)
• 🟢 Experience with privacy/security governance (DPO awareness)

💡 Nice to have

• 🧠 Exposure to MISP or threat intelligence platforms
• 🛠️ Experience with ITSM tools
• ☁️ Azure Network Fundamentals certification (or equivalent)
• 🎓 SOC Analyst training or cybersecurity certifications
• 🔐 Experience contributing to security projects
