Freelance Senior Scrum Master

You will join a complex and socially impactful environment where various digital initiatives come together. Across multiple application domains, you will contribute to innovative projects focused on usability, transparency, and efficient service delivery.

Your tasks

You will guide +5 Scrum teams in their operations and help them grow in self-organization, collaboration, and value creation. You support Business Product Owners in their role and ensure clear prioritization and efficient collaboration between Business and IT. In addition, you play an active role in a broader Agile transformation, helping to build governance and structure across different domains.

You facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and improvement initiatives, and work closely with management and stakeholders to increase the organization’s maturity. Finally, you support service delivery activities and safeguard quality, stability, and alignment with the strategic roadmap.

Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT (or equivalent through strong experience)
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach across multiple teams
• Team player with a pragmatic mindset
• Fluent in both Dutch and French
