We're on the hunt for a driven individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant at Viveo. In this role as a Administrative Assistant, you’ll support our executives, oversee data entry into the Viveo platform, manage legal contracts, manage the employees and more.
Annual Gross Salary: €30,000/year (€2,500 kuus bruto).

As our Administrative Assistant, your day-to-day will involve:
- Providing comprehensive support to executives, including managing calendars, emails, document preparation, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Preparing and managing communication on behalf of the executives. Handling personal tasks and errands for the executive as needed while managing confidential information with discretion.
- Managing legal processes, creating legal documents, and communicating with lawyers.
- Performing data entry, filtering, and translations to add clinics, health services, and insurances to the Viveo platform.
- Supporting day-to-day accounting tasks, including vacancy day reporting, expense reporting, and invoice gathering.
- Assisting the supply partnerships team in onboarding and communicating with clinics on the Viveo platform. Providing support for Viveo clinics and patients.
- Collaborating with the product development team to suggest improvements on the platform onboarding and data entry processes.
