We are looking for a Platform Engineer who brings both technical depth and a proactive mindset. Someone who takes real ownership, thinks about security and reliability from the start, and is not afraid to be one of the drivers of infrastructure decisions in a small, ambitious team.

At QOCO, we develop SaaS solutions that help global airlines and MROs turn complex data into smooth operations and reduced aircraft downtime. As our DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in how we build, secure, and scale our platform as we grow into new markets and onboard some of the biggest names in aviation.

What will you be working on:

CI/CD and Automation

  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps
  • Enforce pipeline quality gates: SAST, SCA, container scanning, and test automation
  • Drive automation that reduces manual work and improves delivery speed

Cloud Infrastructure and Kubernetes

  • Manage Azure cloud environments across non-prod and production
  • Own AKS clusters: workloads, networking, RBAC, Istio service mesh, ArgoCD GitOps
  • Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Azure Bicep and Crossplane
  • Support end-to-end onboarding of new customers, environments, and services

Security and Identity

  • Embed security across the SDLC and maintain ISO 27001 aligned cloud controls
  • Own Keycloak as identity broker: OIDC/SAML federation, SCIM 2.0, SSO rollout to customers
  • Manage cloud access controls, RBAC, and PIM policies

Observability and Reliability

  • Build and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerting with Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki
  • Develop disaster recovery practices: regional failover and backup processes
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and deployment issues across Kubernetes and application layers

What skills do you have:

  • Strong Azure experience: AKS, PostgreSQL Flexible Server, Key Vault, ACR, Service Bus, networking
  • Solid production Kubernetes: workloads, networking, RBAC, troubleshooting under pressure
  • CI/CD expertise with GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps, ArgoCD for CD
  • Active use of AI tools to improve your own workflow and automation practices
  • Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Bicep, or equivalent
  • Observability stack experience: Grafana or equivalent
  • DevSecOps mindset: you think about security at every stage, not as an afterthought
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL operations: backup, restore, HA, connection pooling
  • Enough application architecture context to understand what you are deploying and why
