Information Security Administrator | Remote/Hybrid | Immediate Start

On behalf of a Munich-based software company, MAM Gruppe is looking for an organised and detail-oriented ISMS Administrator to support an ongoing ISO 27001 / BSI C5 ISMS implementation project.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with an interest in cybersecurity and information security who wants to gain hands-on experience in a real-world ISMS programme working alongside an experienced senior specialist.

Key Details:

• Location: Remote / Hybrid
• Start: Immediate
• Duration: Until end of September 2026
• Rate: €40-50/hour
• Commitment: Part-time or full-time considered

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the ISMS Architect with documentation, tracking and administrative tasks
• Maintaining and updating ISMS documentation in Confluence and Jira
• Tracking open actions, milestones and control implementation progress
• Organising and preparing materials for workshops and review meetings
• General project coordination and administrative support

Profile:

• Interest in cybersecurity and/or information security
• Organised, structured and detail-oriented working style
• Comfortable working with Confluence and Jira
• Good written and spoken English — German is a plus
• No deep technical expertise required — enthusiasm and reliability are key
