Business Development Manager (SG724)
Our client is a fast-growing business telecommunications provider serving SMEs across Ireland. They deliver cloud phone systems, high-speed broadband, business mobile, and managed IT services.
This is a field-based Business Development role focused on driving revenue and expanding the client base across Dublin & Leinster. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, presenting solutions, and closing deals. This role suits a confident, target-driven sales professional who thrives on performance and earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across Dublin & Leinster
• Engage directly with business owners and key decision-makers
• Present and sell telecom solutions including cloud phone systems, broadband, mobile, and managed IT services
• Develop tailored proposals and close deals to achieve revenue targets
• Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Record activity accurately in CRM and report on performance
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Candidate Profile:
• Proven B2B sales experience (telecoms, IT, or similar preferred)
• Strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• Commercially minded and motivated by earning potential
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Self-starter who can manage their own territory and pipeline
