This Team Lead opportunity is with a rapidly growing company leading the way in cyber crisis response, trusted by organizations across the globe. With a clear technical vision and a collaborative, high-impact engineering culture, the team is creating greenfield, AI-driven solutions from scratch. You’ll join a small core team in Dublin where ownership, innovation, and technical leadership are key.

In this role, you’ll influence technical direction, drive architectural decisions, and mentor a dedicated engineering team, while staying hands-on across the stack using JavaScript, React, Node.js, and AWS. You’ll be instrumental in building cloud-native, AI-enabled capabilities and designing robust, scalable systems to support organizations in critical moments.

This role is ideal for a senior full stack engineer ready to move into leadership, shape both product and technical strategy, and deliver real impact in a fast-moving, greenfield environment.

You will:

• Lead technical direction and make key architectural decisions.
• Work on AI-driven features.
• Mentor and guide a small engineering team

Skills / Experience:

• Passion for driving technical excellence and collaboration
• 7+ years of full stack development experience, with strong React, Node.js, and AWS skills

Salary / Remuneration: €100,000 - €130,000 + shares and more benefits.
