Location: Onsite – Dublin, Ireland- 1/2 days working from home

Duration: 6–12 months - With further Extension and Permanent openings available

Role Overview:

Linnk Group are growing the team in Dublin, we are looking to connect with both Junior and Senior network profiles with strong Aruba experience.

Ideal Technical scope supported:

• Aruba CX L2 and L3 implementation and Troubleshooting skills
• SpanningTree
• OSPF
• VSF & VSX Stacking Technologies
• Strong understanding of IPv4 subnetting
• VLAN Segmentation Concepts
• ClearPass 802.1x Service profiles integrating with Aruba CX 6300 edge switches for Dynamic Segmentation
• Experience deploying Aruba CX Colourless ports with Aruba ClearPass
• Aruba WLAN AOS8 deployments and troubleshooting

Responsibilities:

• Attending IT infrastructure design meetings to support the smooth onboarding of new devices and services (wired and wireless).
• Producing detailed network documentation for proposed changes to facilitate new services or resolve network-related issues.
• Implementing complex network changes that are outside the scope of Junior Engineers, particularly within critical infrastructure such as core and aggregation layers, and campus datacentre EVPN environments.
• Providing detailed documentation and guidance to Engineers to ensure all network changes are executed in a controlled and precise manner.
• Acting as a technical escalation point
• Owning Aruba CX EVPN datacentre infrastructure, ensuring all configurations and design decisions are overseen and executed appropriately.
• Planning and executing software upgrades across all aspects of the datacentre infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting network-related issues within the datacentre environment.
• Planning and implementing network configurations for new services within the DC EVPN infrastructure.
• Planning and implementing network configurations for new services within campus wired and WLAN infrastructure that are beyond L3 Engineers’ capabilities
