payments. We handle the heavy lifting: acquiring, processing, and card issuing for companies
that need the reliability of a bank and the speed of a start-up. Being the principal member of
Mastercard and Visa, DECTA offers services to banks, payment service providers, and
corporate clients and has more than 2000 customers across 32 countries.
Your Role
You will build and own Decta's marketing ecosystem from the ground up, turning the company's
existing network of clients, technology partners, and industry associations into a compounding
growth engine. This is a relationship-first role: you win by making Decta the most connected
node in the fintech landscape, creating visibility and pipeline via co-marketing, shared activities,
and organic referrals that no paid channel can produce.
What You Will Do
● Develop and own Decta's partner marketing strategy, defining how co-branded campaigns, content, and pipeline
● Orchestrate co-marketing programs with existing clients and partners: joint case studies, co authored content, shared webinars, and newsletter features
● Grow Decta's industry association memberships, turning passive membership into speaking slots, working group participation, and warm introductions
● Build and manage a public Decta Partner Directory: a structured listing of the ecosystem that partners actively want to be part of
● Organize and execute Decta's presence at major industry events through satellite
activations: side events, networking dinners, and joint booth arrangements with partners - coordinating closely with the Head of Events
● Host and produce webinars and presentations, managing everything from speaker coordination to post-event content repurposing
● Track and report on ecosystem-driven KPIs: referral volume & leads, NPS, co-marketing reach, partner-sourced pipeline, and directory engagement
Who You Are
● Well-connected in fintech, payments, or an adjacent vertical industry professional
● You own things: when you take on a project, you oversee it end-to-end, and you raise problems early rather than quietly missing deadlines
● You think in systems or compounds: you can see how a webinar becomes a blog post becomes a directory profile becomes an inbound lead
● You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and building something from scratch
● You know when to pitch, when to listen, and how to make a counterpart feel that working with Decta is worth their time
● You write well and communicate with clarity, whether that's an outreach email to a potential partner or a brief for a co-marketing campaign
Requirements
● 4+ years in partner marketing, ecosystem, business development, or partnerships. Ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS, or crypto/Web3
● Demonstrated experience running co-marketing programs with measurable results
● Familiarity with the payments or financial infrastructure landscape: who the players are, how they interconnect, and where Decta fits
● Experience representing a company at events, in association settings, or in front of partner audiences
● Readiness to travel from key industry events to testimonial filmings in Europe and beyond
