Role Overview

The Social Media Project Manager Intern supports the planning, coordination, and execution of social media initiatives across all Formed verticals. This role emphasizes strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and performance-driven campaigns—ideal for candidates passionate about digital marketing, branding, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate end-to-end social media projects from ideation to performance tracking.
Collaborate with design, animation, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive content.
Manage content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Support campaign planning for launches, events, and educational programs.
Monitor analytics and prepare actionable performance reports.
Conduct trend and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Support community engagement, including comments and messages.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, MIS, or a related field.
Strong interest in social media marketing, branding, and project management.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Basic knowledge of tools such as Notion, Trello, or Asana, and social media analytics.
Proficiency in Canva or Figma; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
