Machine Learning/ GenAI Engineer

What Success Looks Like In This Role

• You´ll work closely with Engineering teams and colleagues, helping them build product features based on AI / ML models.
• Acting solution-driven in the creation of feature / solutions within the team is natural
• Within agile teams you´ll be contributing to the definition of code and ML quality standards and ensuring consistent tracking as well as holding yourself accountable for assigned project and/or sub-projects
• You´ll participate in design discussions regarding key elements of new and existing AI / ML services.
• Connects AI / ML technology with Unisys and clients’ business goals to solve real-life problems.
• You are looking for ways to enhance product / project effectiveness and strengthen overall AI / ML processes.
• We expect you to keep yourself up to date with advanced technologies looking for ways to adapt and apply within the organization
  
  

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in machine learning / GenAI projects
• 2+ years experience implementing LLM-based (or similar) solutions in production
• Experience working with Python and its machine learning libraries / frameworks (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy, etc)
• Experience working with Spark or other distributed computations framework
• Experience mentoring other Machine Learning team members
• Algorithm, data / ml pipeline and data structure knowledge
• Ability to grasp new technologies very quickly
• Ability to work effectively and independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally in English

Salary: 3.800 - 5.400 € gross monthly based on your competencies and skills plus a company bonus
