Business Analyst – Digital Identity & Authentication

Job Description

Join a global chapter of analysts working with secure login and signing across online banking. You’ll be part of an electronic ID squad with primary responsibility for the EU Digital Identity Wallet (EUDIW) at group level, supporting all Danske Bank markets.

In addition, the role includes contributing to Nordic authentication solutions, including Norwegian and Finnish eID, as part of a broader digital identity landscape.

The squad is an international team across multiple countries and is part of the Security Cluster in Channels Corporates Tribe (:200 colleagues across 6 locations).

Your role

You’ll support the Product Owner and developers with strong domain expertise, stakeholder management, regulatory analysis, product and process improvements, testing, and documentation.

Our goal is to deliver compliant, recognizable, and user-friendly authentication solutions that work seamlessly across markets and channels.

You will

• Participate in agile ceremonies and turn requirements into clear, structured backlog items
• Gather and structure business and regulatory needs, and translate them into executable work
• Drive work related to the EU Digital Identity Wallet (EUDIW)
• Contribute domain knowledge within digital identity and authentication (incl. Nordic eID solutions)
• Drive high quality stakeholder collaboration inside and outside of Danske Bank
• Create and maintain system documentation and process maps
• Coordinate implementation activities with the business (training, routines, FAQs)
  
  

About You

• Experience as a Business Analyst in agile IT development
• Self organizing, proactive, and outcome driven
• Strong proble msolving skills with a customer and user focus
• Detail oriented while able to see the bigger picture
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
