We are looking for an HR Business Partner Lead to elevate and lead our business partnering function. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape and execute impactful people strategies, while managing and developing a team of People Business Partners supporting various parts of the organization. You will be instrumental in addressing organizational challenges, strengthening leadership capability, and building high-performing teams at scale.   • Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute people strategies that directly support business performance and growth.
  • Lead, develop, and empower a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring strong business alignment and consistent people practices across all functions.
  • Own and continuously improve core HR frameworks, including performance management, engagement, retention, succession planning, eNPS, and 360 feedback.
  • Drive data-informed decision-making by leveraging people analytics, market insights, and internal dashboards - turning survey data and metrics into actionable business recommendations.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, influencing decision-making on organizational design, team effectiveness, and leadership development.
  • Oversee workforce planning, budgeting, and Compensation & Benefits strategy, ensuring alignment with financial goals and P&L realities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law while balancing business needs with best-practice people solutions.
  • Coach and support leaders and HR Business Partners in solving complex people challenges with a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset.
  • Translate business priorities into clear, actionable people plans that improve both employee experience and measurable outcomes.

We expect you to

  • Have strong HR functional expertise across performance management, engagement, retention, succession planning, eNPS, and 360 feedback frameworks.
  • Proven experience in people analytics and data-driven decision-making, including working with dashboards, survey data, and market insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders.
  • Solid financial literacy, including budgeting, P&L understanding, Compensation & Benefits, and employee ROI.
  • Good knowledge of labor law and compliance practices.
  • Experience leading and developing teams, with strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
  • Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • A mindset defined by ownership, discipline, flexibility, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster open dialogue across all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, balancing people needs with business priorities.

SalaryGross salary range is 5600-7000 EUR/month.

LocationWe have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
