We are actively hiring AI Quality Analysts (German) to work on cutting-edge AI personalization projects with a global team.

🔹 Role: LLM – AI Quality Analyst (Personalization)

🔹 Location: Remote (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein)

🔹 Experience: 1+ Year

🔹 Type: Short-term Contract (1 Month)

🔹 Openings: 20

🔹 Start Date: Immediate

🧠 What You’ll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated responses for personalization quality
• Design multi-turn prompts based on real-life scenarios
• Analyze responses for accuracy, relevance & helpfulness
• Perform side-by-side (SxS) comparisons of AI outputs
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Strong German language proficiency (mandatory)
• Experience in AI annotation / content moderation / AI evaluation
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
• Ability to assess nuanced AI responses
• Strong written communication & attention to detail

⚡ Key Requirements

• Willing to use personal Google account for evaluation tasks
• Available for 20 hours/week (with PST overlap)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment

🎓 Preferred Background

• Degree in Linguistics, Journalism, Computer Science, Law, Policy, or related fields
• Prior exposure to prompt engineering / LLM evaluation is a plus
