Our success is built on the talent, collaboration, and commitment of our people and we’re now looking for a Project Manager – Credit Risk to join our journey.
- Lead and oversee credit risk transformation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in alignment with bank-wide strategic goals.
- Coordinate between Risk, Finance, and IT departments to translate complex business requirements into actionable project plans and technical specifications.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial scoping and resource allocation to implementation, testing, and final go-live.
- Monitor and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively resolving bottlenecks to ensure steady progress across cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by collaborating with internal stakeholders to integrate latest risk guidelines into systems and processes.
- Facilitate project governance and reporting, providing regular progress updates, KPI tracking, and decision-making support to steering committees and senior management.
- Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new risk methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks by end-users.
How do we imagine our future Project Manager – Credit Risk?
- Proven experience in Project Management or Senior Business Analysis within the banking or financial services sector, specifically focused on Credit Risk.
- Solid understanding of credit risk principles and familiarization with regulatory frameworks such as Basel III/IV or IFRS 9.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and related tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence diverse teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to understand data flows and system integrations within a risk management context.
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
- Fluency in French and English.
