Information Technology Project Manager

We are looking for a senior IT Integrator to drive end-to-end delivery within a complex Business Banking environment. In this role, you act as the central coordination point between business, IT and architecture, ensuring alignment, execution and timely delivery of critical initiatives. You will operate in a multi-team setup where managing dependencies, risks and stakeholders is essential.

Context

• Work on initiatives related to business client onboarding, lending and credit processes and business accounts and payments
• Understand and support end-to-end client journeys within Business Banking
• Collaborate with business teams to ensure solutions align with client and regulatory needs

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery across multiple teams and workstreams within a Business Banking program
• Act as the integration layer between business, IT and architecture
• Manage dependencies across systems and teams, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery
• Identify risks on the critical path and proactively mitigate issues
• Align stakeholders across business, risk, compliance and IT
• Facilitate decision-making at senior stakeholder level
• Provide clear and structured reporting on progress, risks and key decisions
• Support governance processes and participate in steering committees
• Ensure delivery aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements such as KYC, AML, GDPR and DORA

Requirements

Must haves

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT delivery, integration, or project management
• Proven experience in banking or financial services environments
• Strong experience managing complex multi-team or multi-tribe delivery
• Experience with dependency management, risk management and stakeholder alignment
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate at senior stakeholder level
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments

Preferred experience

• Experience within Business Banking
• Knowledge of KYC, AML, or client onboarding processes
• Experience with lending, payments, or core banking systems
• Background in regulatory or transformation programs

• 36-hour workweek with a hybrid working model (office & home-based)
• Gross monthly salary: € 6.500,50 - € 8.000,00 (based on 36 hours and depending on experience).
• Hybrid working, including allowances for home working and travel expenses.
