We are seeking a dedicated Fintech Attorney for a full-time hybrid role based in The Hague, with flexibility to work remotely as needed. The selected candidate will provide legal and regulatory advice to FinTech clients, draft and review contracts, assist with license applications, and ensure compliance with financial laws. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, negotiating contracts, advising on labor and employment laws, and supporting clients in navigating regulatory challenges.

• Proficiency in Law, including expertise in Labor and Employment Law
• Proven ability to provide comprehensive Legal Advice and tailored solutions
• Strong skills in Research to analyze evolving regulations and legal precedents
• Effective Negotiation and contract drafting capabilities with a focus on financial and commercial matters
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex legal concepts in a clear and practical manner
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience in FinTech, financial services, or regulatory compliance is a strong advantage
• Master's degree in Law with a valid license to practice as an attorney
