Business Analyst

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• In an Agile transformation framework, the Dataquants team is looking for an experienced business analyst profile, capable of supporting the implementation and management of use cases. In addition, the business analyst must be able to guide future users of the platform on the onboarding processes and the functionalities necessary to implement the various use cases. The activities will be carried out within the framework of the client project and IT governance principles, in a context with high business stakes that require efficient processing of the various volumes of data.
• The profile sought must also have a strong IT technical veneer and an excellent understanding of the challenges related to data integration and provision projects. He or she must be able to understand and challenge data architecture and flows, to exchange effectively with various technical profiles, and to anticipate the needs and constraints related to data solutions.

The profile sought will join the Dataquants team and will be in charge of the following activities:

• Working in Agile mode
• Collection, analysis and challenge of business needs with facilitation of workshops in conjunction with the various stakeholders (business, PO, Architecture, Security, etc.)
• Writing of expressions of needs and user stories.
• Contribution to the identification of the functionalities to be developed on the platform, in line with the needs of the users.
• Participation in the design and implementation of robust solutions around data
• Writing of operating procedures, user guides.
• Ability to define portfolio management systems, use cases, etc.
• Active contribution to all agile rituals (sprint planning, refinement backlog, sprint review, daily meeting).

Qualifications and Technical skills:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on data projects and have the following skills: Technical skills / knowledge / know-how:
• Ability to understand functional needs and translate them into IT requirements.
• Ability to understand data architectures
• Mastery of the main concepts of data governance
• Analytical capacity.
• Basic knowledge of python and data analysis

Language Skills:

• Very good command of the French language.
• Good level of English.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to challenge project stakeholders (e.g. business, project management, project management, etc.)
