We are looking for an Amazing: SRE / Application Support Engineer

Type of position: Hybrid Porto, Full-Time

The amazing you, will bring:

• Extensive experience with Linux environments, particularly OpenShift and RedHat;
• Skilled in tools like Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, Splunk, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Terraform, Cloud platforms and Zabbix;
• Expertise in monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting critical applications;
• Strong background in incident resolution, change management, backup and certificate management, vulnerability tracking, deployments, capacity planning, and collaboration with DevOps teams;
• English fluency is mandatory.
