BCA Europe is strengthening its European Technology leadership team and is looking for an EU Tech Head of Region (South) to lead technology delivery and transformation across the countries within the region: Portugal, Spain, Italy, and France.

This is a senior leadership role combining strategy, operational performance, and transformation execution - partnering closely with country Managing Directors, Operations, and local IT teams, while aligning with EU Tech standards, governance, and the wider EU Tech leadership team.

Role Accountabilities:

• Lead end-to-end technology outcomes across the countries within the region: service performance, stability, delivery and operational improvement.
• Act as the primary technology partner to business leadership and operations in the countries within the region, ensuring technology enables efficiency, growth, security and customer experience.
• Drive platform and process transformation, identifying and delivering opportunities that unlock value and improve ways of working across multiple countries.
• Work closely with EU Tech central teams (InfoSec / Demand & Delivery / Enterprise Applications / Architecture / Product / TechOps) to shape initiatives, build business cases and align priorities.
• Lead and develop teams across multiple countries — creating clarity on ownership, strengthening collaboration, and building a high-performance culture.
• Bring strong cultural awareness: adapt leadership and communication style to different country contexts, while building “One EU Tech” alignment.
• Operate with a hands-on mindset when needed — able to dive into key issues, unblock delivery, and support teams through critical moments.

Knowledge and Experience Required:

• Around 10 years' experience within senior technology leadership across multiple countries (delivery, operations and transformation).
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to partner at country leadership level and drive alignment across diverse teams.
• Comfortable working in a matrixed organisation, balancing country needs with European strategy and governance.
• A leader who combines people leadership + pragmatism, with the ability to be strategic and hands-on.
