Lead Test Engineer in the Measurement Laboratory (m/f)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our Measurement Laboratory team as a Lead Test Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing testing activities within an accredited laboratory environment, contributing directly to product quality, compliance, and development.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing testing and measurements within an accredited Measurement Laboratory for electrical measurements, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), and equipment calibration.
• Preparing test plans for product testing in accordance with requirements and applicable regulations.
• Developing test procedures and defining test setups.
• Monitoring relevant legislation and standards applicable to laboratory testing and implementing new requirements into test procedures.
• Analyzing, evaluating, and reporting test results.
• Preparing formal test reports.
• Proposing improvements to individual system components with a focus on technical characteristics, standardization, and cost optimization.
• Collaborating in product design and aligning technical solutions within product requirement specifications.

You are a good fit for this role if you have:

• A completed university degree (Level VII) in a natural sciences or technical field.
• Previous experience in measurement technology or EMC testing (considered an advantage).
• A result-oriented mindset, initiative, systematic approach, and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, and strong organizational capabilities.
• Active knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
