PPT Template Designer

The PowerPoint (PPT) Template Designer is responsible for elevating the visual quality, consistency and strategic impact of the firm’s presentations. This role requires strong expertise in presentation design, a refined understanding of corporate identity and the ability to translate complex legal and business information into clear, compelling visual narratives. The PPT Template Designer works closely with lawyers, marketing teams and IT to ensure efficient workflows and a unified external image.

Key Responsibilities:

Presentation Design & Visual Production

• Design, refine and update PowerPoint templates and presentation materials at a high visual standard;
• Transform complex content into clear, visually engaging concepts, including storytelling-driven structures;
• Edit and enhance images, graphics and other visual assets;
• Ensure all presentations strictly follow corporate design guidelines and maintain consistent visual identity;
• Integrate interactive elements and advanced features into presentations when appropriate.

Consulting & Collaboration

• Advise internal teams on presentation structure, visual hierarchy, and effective communication;
• Reduce the workload of lawyers by taking over the visual preparation of presentation materials;
• Support marketing managers by ensuring brand consistency, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives;
• Collaborate with IT to integrate tools and solutions that improve efficiency and design processes.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct consistency and quality checks across all presentation materials;
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, and brand compliance;
• Support the internal pitch team during peak periods or bottlenecks, while focusing primarily on external presentations.

Requirements:

• English language proficiency;
• Strong experience in presentation design;
• Confident use of PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite;
• Excellent understanding of corporate design principle;
• Strong visual storytelling abilities;
• Experience with image editing and graphic production;
• Knowledge of legal contexts is an advantage.
