KEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION

WE are looking for Senior PMO / Program Manager – PLM Windchill with 12–15 years of experience.

The Digital Engineering organization is leading large-scale PLM transformation programs leveraging Windchill to harmonize product data and processes across global operations.

Role Overview

As a Senior PMO / Program Manager, you will lead and govern PLM Windchill programs, ensuring successful delivery of complex initiatives including data migration, system deployment, and process harmonization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead program governance and PMO activities for Windchill initiatives

- Manage planning, budgeting, risks, and stakeholder communication

- Oversee data migration strategy and execution

- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, IT, Manufacturing)

- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives

- Drive continuous improvement and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

- Extensive experience with PLM Windchill implementations

- Strong experience in PMO / Program Management

- Proven track record in large-scale data migration programs

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Education & Background

- Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field

- 12–15 years of experience in PLM and program management

Soft Skills

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving

- Ability to manage complex environments

Languages

- Fluent in English

- French is desirable
