As a Cybersecurity Leader (Director / Head / CISO level), you will drive and evolve the organisation’s security strategy, ensuring robust protection of digital assets, operations, and customers.

You will operate at the intersection of technology, risk, and business, leading security transformation while enabling innovation in an increasingly complex threat landscape.

🚀 What you will do

🔐 Cybersecurity Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategies
• Advise executive leadership on cyber risk, resilience, and investment priorities
• Build and lead high-performing security teams

🏗️ Security Architecture & Engineering

• Oversee secure design across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments
• Drive adoption of modern security frameworks (e.g., Zero Trust)
• Establish and enforce security standards and governance

👁️ Security Operations & Incident Response

• Lead and mature Security Operations Center (SOC) capabilities
• Oversee threat detection, monitoring, and incident response
• Improve automation, visibility, and response effectiveness

🕵️ Cyber Investigations & Threat Management

• Lead complex cyber incident investigations and forensic analysis
• Establish incident playbooks and escalation frameworks
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including authorities and industry bodies

🤝 Stakeholder & Partner Management

• Act as a key interface between cybersecurity, IT, and business units
• Manage external vendors, MSSPs, and outsourcing partners
• Embed security into digital transformation initiatives

📜 Risk, Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with frameworks such as GDPR, NIS2, and ISO 27001
• Lead risk management and reporting processes
• Strengthen organisational security awareness and culture

🌱 Talent & Culture

• Mentor and develop cybersecurity professionals
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Build succession pipelines for future security leaders

✅ Your profile

• Experience in a senior cybersecurity leadership role (Director, Head, or CISO)
• Strong background in security architecture, engineering, and operations (SOC)
• Experience in incident response, investigations, and threat management
• Knowledge of cloud security (Azure/AWS) and enterprise IT environments
• Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR and modern security technologies
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)
