Role: IAM Project Manager

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

Type: Contract

Job Description

• Own the full project lifecycle—from ideation to optimization—with accountability for delivering business and customer value
• Define the project mission and OKRs, translating them into a prioritized roadmap and actionable team backlog
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to deliver high-impact solutions
• Identify and drive improvements in IAM strategy, policies, and processes
• Provide guidance and coaching on IAM best practices across the organization
• Proactively identify and resolve IAM-related issues
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration across teams
• Define MVPs, manage backlog priorities, and strategically de-scope to enable rapid feedback cycles

IAM Expertise

• Up-to-date knowledge of IAM best practices
• Experience documenting IAM processes and reporting on system activity
• Solid understanding of directory services (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, B2B/B2C, Entra ID, Identity Governance)
• Familiarity with IAM/PAM tools such as SailPoint, One Identity, Saviynt, or CyberArk

Project Management Experience

• Roadmap development and management
• Defining project mission and OKRs
• Experience with tools such as Jira

Certification

• No specific cloud certification required
