System Verification Engineer

Are you an experienced engineer with a passion for solving complex electrical system challenges in the automotive industry? We are looking for a Senior System Verification Engineer to join a cross-functional team focused on resolving systematic electrical issues in vehicle systems.

About the role

This is a technically advanced role where you will work across the intersection of software integration, connectivity, and electrical systems.

Your work will involve analyzing field-reported problems, understanding system and component behavior, and performing root cause analysis. Based on your findings, you will drive design improvements in system architecture, components, wiring, and installations, ensuring that corrective actions are implemented in both production and aftermarket solutions.

You are expected to independently lead technical investigations while collaborating closely with design, testing, and manufacturing teams

Your daily work will include:

• Analyzing field data from logs, measurements, and simulations
• Functional verification of hardware and software
• Onboard and offboard troubleshooting of connectivity services and telematics
• Driving technical investigations and working cross-functionally
• Balancing detailed analysis with a system-level perspective

Your profile

We are looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.

Requirements:

• +8 years of experience within automotive electrical/electronic or embedded systems
• Familiarity with engineering tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, Saber
• Experience within connectivity/telematics
• Background in system design and/or verification & validation
• Strong understanding of the automotive product lifecycle
• Experience with vehicle communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and diagnostics
• Knowledge of electrical architecture, wiring, installation, or system integration
• Proven experience in debugging and root cause analysis of complex HW/SW systems
• Fluent in English

Meritorious

• Experience from heavy vehicle platforms
• Knowledge of ITxPT standards
