As an Assistant, you will work on various projects where different industries in which EY is acknowledged as a market leader: Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Government & Public Sector, Telecommunications, Media & Entertaintment, Diversified Industrial Products, Automotive, Health, Retail and Consumer Products, Technology, Real Estate and etc.

Apply now if you are 4th year student graduating in June 2026 and interested in an entry level position in our Assurance – Technology Assurance team in Istanbul/Ankara/Izmir to take part in IT and business processes audits.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong academic background; a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, MIS, Electronics or other related field from a reputable university
• Willing to work in internal audit, internal control, function in IT auditor or IT risk advisor for a public accounting firm, a professional services firm, or within industry.
• You will have to opportunity to gain experience by applying relevant technical knowledge in at least one of the following engagements: (a) ITGCs for financial statement audits; (b) internal or operational audits; (c) Service Organization Controls Reporting engagements; and/or (d) ERP security and control reviews (Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft),(e) consulting projects in the areas of IT Security /IT Compliance or Data Analytics;
• Familiarity with risk-based auditing and risk and control strategies
• A good understanding of legal and internal regulatory requirements
• Analytical skills and competence in recognizing cause and effect relationships and inquisitive approach
• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Relevant certifications, such as CIA, CISA, CISM, CGEIT, CRISC, ITIL, CISSP, CIA; ISO27001, ISO22301, Prince2 or PMP is a plus
• English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
  
  

What Will You Do

• Work as a team member in delivery of process and IT audits through about local and international regulations such as PCAOB, BRSA, CMB, CBRT etc.
• Work effectively as a team member, sharing and taking responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating team members on progress
• Preparing workpapers according to local and EY Global Audit Methodology
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with team and client personnel
• Carrying out audit and advisory activities according to SOX, COBIT, ISO standards and COSO framework etc.
• Design, optimize and implementation activities on IT and business processes for clients
• Control design and testing activities both ITGC (access management, change management and IT operations management) and business processes (including credit, deposit, credit card, treasury, accounting, financial reporting, payment systems, revenue, fixed asset, purchase, payroll etc.)
