Hepsiburada Guide is a product that helps customers and partners quickly find clear answers about our services and make the right decisions. The content is delivered in formats such as FAQs, step-by-step guides, and chatbot scenarios.

We are looking for a Content Manager who will manage a team of Content Specialist, organize their work, and ensure tasks are delivered on time and with high quality.

Our Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in content management, editing, or copywriting
• 2+ year of experience leading a team or coordinating workflows
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Experience working with stakeholders and managing requests
• Ability to communicate clearly with both business and operational teams
• Experience creating or reviewing structured content (FAQs, guides, flows)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Your responsibilities

• Oversee the creation of FAQs, guides, and chatbot flows
• Review content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy
• Ensure content is updated when products or conditions change
• Organize and improve workflows for content production
• Help the team work more efficiently without compromising quality
• Maintain transparency of tasks, priorities, and progress
• Use GPT/LLM tools to support content creation and editing
• Help the team adopt AI tools to improve productivity
• Ensure accuracy and compliance when using AI-generated content
• Track deadlines and ensure timely delivery of content
• Monitor quality of materials and ensure they meet requirements
