Job Overview

As part of Stellantis’ digital transformation and innovation strategy, we are accelerating the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region and are looking for a Senior AI Engineer / Data Scientist Manager - MEA Region.

This role will drive AI use cases (POC/MVP) for the MEA region, focusing on Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, leveraging diverse technology stacks such as Databricks, Copilot Studio, and other advanced platforms.

Role & Responsibilities

• Identify and frame AI use cases with business stakeholders.
• Build and implement GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for POC/MVP projects.
• Assess data requirements, quality and governance.
• Develop reusable applications and workflows using advanced ML/AI techniques.
• Ensure scalability and integration within complex enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Manage AI engineers, Budget and Delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant work experience in AI, machine learning, or data science.
• English is required; French is a plus.

• Strong programming (Python, Java, or similar).
• Expertise in ML frameworks and Generative AI models.
• Familiarity with multi-stack environments (Databricks, Palantir, ServiceNow, Copilot Studio).
• Specialized Knowledge & Certifications: N/A nice to have. In Data platforms, snowflake, Databricks, MS, others…

Mobility: Travels: Kenitra/Casa/ Other business trip to France or Italy if required.
