We are looking for a seasoned VP – HR to build and lead the people strategy for a rapidly growing data center business.

This is a rare opportunity to create an HR function from the ground up, partnering directly with senior leadership to scale operations.

🌍 Role Overview

As VP – HR, you will:

Establish and lead the HR function from scratch for a new business vertical

Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational design

Partner with leadership to scale operations across multiple geographies

Lead HR transformation initiatives including HRIS and rewards frameworks

Build high-performing teams in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

Proven HR leadership experience within data center organizations

Strong exposure to regional markets (MENA, Europe, UK)

Demonstrated success in:

Building HR functions from zero

Supporting multi-country expansion

Background in technology-driven environments (AI, fintech, or similar is a plus)

Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at the executive level
