Sr. Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise‑level initiatives. This role is well-suited for a seasoned project leader with deep experience managing large budgets, enterprise systems (including SAP), and cross‑functional teams in Agile and hybrid delivery environments. The position is remote, with candidates required to be located in Toronto, Ontario.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and deliver complex, large‑scale projects from initiation through completion
• Manage at least one SAP implementation or SAP‑related project
• Oversee project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and variance management
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and dependencies using MS Project
• Manage Agile delivery workflows and execution using Jira
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align scope, timelines, and outcomes
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Communicate project status, risks, and progress to senior leadership
• Apply Agile methodologies within traditional or hybrid project structures
• Ensure governance, documentation, and delivery standards are met

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of professional Project Management experience
• Proven experience managing SAP projects
• Demonstrated success managing budgets over $1M
• Strong working knowledge of MS Project and Jira
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and hybrid delivery models
• Experience leading cross‑functional and technical teams
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• PMP or Agile certifications are a plus, but not required
