Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a forward-thinking Chief Technology Officer to lead the organisation’s technology and AI agenda, enabling business growth and long-term transformation. This role will shape the technology vision, build scalable platforms, and accelerate the use of AI, automation, and data across the Group.

What You’ll Do

• Drive execution of major technology initiatives, ensuring disciplined delivery across scope, timelines, and outcomes.Set and execute a clear technology and AI vision that supports business strategy and future growth.
• Architect and deliver scalable, resilient systems and platforms to meet evolving operational and commercial demands.
• Champion the adoption of AI, automation, and data-led solutions to enhance productivity, insight, and service outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end technology delivery across applications, integrations, data platforms, and cybersecurity.
• Own the technology roadmap and enterprise architecture, ensuring long-term scalability, reliability, and innovation.
• Partner closely with senior leaders to translate business objectives into practical, high-impact technology solutions.
• Establish strong governance, standards, and best practices across development, infrastructure, and security.
• Manage vendors, partners, and technology investments to maximise value, performance, and return.
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing engineering teams across onshore and offshore locations.

Required prior experience/skills & industry:

• Proven leadership experience heading technology or engineering functions with accountability for systems, teams, and delivery.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience managing engineering or IT teams, including distributed or offshore delivery models.
• Practical experience implementing AI, automation, or data-driven solutions in a business environment.
• Strong track record delivering applications, platforms, or internal systems from concept through to production.
• Demonstrated experience defining and executing technology roadmaps, including architecture and system integrations.
