Role Description

This is a full-time, remote volunteering opportunity as a UI/UX Figma Designer for TugOnn Schweiz's Global Project for one month. The UI/UX Figma Designer will design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces using Figma for various digital products, ensuring a seamless user experience. The role also involves collaborating closely with developers, strategists, and other team members, gathering user requirements, creating wireframes, prototypes, and final designs, and iterating based on user feedback. You will contribute to shaping the visual design and usability of TugOnn's platform in its initial development phase.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using design tools like Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices to ensure a seamless user experience
• Experience in gathering user requirements, conducting user research, and turning insights into design solutions
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail in design and layout
• Prior experience in volunteering, community-focused projects, or working on early-stage products is a plus
• Comfort working independently and adjusting to a remote team environment
• Familiarity with community engagement or social impact projects is an advantage
