We're working with a leading global workforce solutions consultancy on this exciting opportunity. We are looking for a high-energy Scrum Master to join a high-performing Cloud Data Platform team, driving agile maturity and delivering cutting-edge IT&D solutions.

In this role, you will act as a servant leader for cross-functional squads, leveraging your expertise in Jira and agile frameworks to streamline delivery. If you are a cloud enthusiast with a passion for removing impediments and coaching teams toward peak performance, this is the contract for you.

The Role

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions to ensure peak team alignment.
Partner closely with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring a clear focus on high-value delivery and project milestones.
Proactively identify and remove technical and organizational roadblocks to maintain team velocity and ensure smooth project execution.
Act as an Agile Coach, mentoring team members on Scrum best practices and lean principles to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Monitor team progress using Jira and Trello, providing data-driven insights and reporting to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

What You'll Need

Proven experience as a Scrum Master within a complex IT or Cloud environment, specifically working with Data Platform teams.
Expert-level proficiency with Agile management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello to track sprints and manage documentation.
Strong background in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) with the ability to adapt frameworks to team needs.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly desirable to better support the Cloud Data Platform engineering squads.
