DevOps Engineer

Vertical Scope Group are continuing to grow our Professional Services Division, and are looking for Expert, Trusted and Reputable individuals to work within our high performing, high calibre team.

We want to secure a highly skilled NV1 security cleared DevOps Engineer to work with us in our Professional Services team in delivering capability for the NIC.

About You:

• Experience with Visio to create technical documentation
• Ability to communicate and consult with a wide variety of stakeholders
• Previous DevOps experience
• NV1(min) Security Clearance
• Location: QLD, WA, ACT, VIC, NSW, SA, TAS

About the Role:

• Work effectively with the technical teams such as the development teams and DevOps teams
• Implementing continuous improvements, strategy, and best practice development in the CI/CD environment.
• Working with project and operational teams to orchestrate delivery pipelines across design, build, test, deploy and run.
• Creating and overseeing processes that manage the delivery pipeline from development through to production
• Ensure deadlines are consistently met and that a high standard of technical and design documentation is provided.
• Assisting with cloud first deployment pipeline development
• In collaboration with other teams in the work area, investigate and resolve complex issues with the operation of an application
• Ensuring that cloud platforms are current in their toolsets, resilient, secure and automated wherever possible.
• Establish and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines, repositories, and artefacts.
