Freelance Scrum Master - Hybrid - Long Term

For our Client we are looking for a Scrum Master who will be responsible for facilitating collaboration, coordination, and delivery across multiple teams within a tribe. The role ensures a smooth delivery environment, supports stakeholders, and drives continuous improvement to help the organization achieve its goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive end-to-end delivery of features, initiatives, and releases across multiple teams.
• Facilitate cross-team ceremonies including Scrum of Scrums, refinement sessions, and delivery boards.
• Maintain and manage the cluster delivery roadmap, ensuring alignment with architectural guidelines.
• Identify, manage, and resolve cross-team impediments impacting delivery.
• Track progress and provide clear reporting to stakeholders on delivery status.
• Foster collaboration between stakeholders, teams, and contributors.
• Support and coach Scrum Masters and teams to work autonomously and effectively.
• Promote continuous improvement across the cluster and wider tribe.
• Act as a servant leader and represent the cluster alongside the Cluster Product Owner.

Experience

• Experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead in a multi-team environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and delivery practices.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex, cross-team initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve blockers efficiently.
